About Me

I am a mother of 3 young adults, one of whom has a profile on AnimePaper also. A couple of years ago he introduced me to ANIME, and I was hooked! I've always loved animation anyway, then I found out that when I was very young my favorite show was one of the 1st anime's to come to the US, KIMBA the White Lion, and as a teen I watched Battle of the Planets. In July of 2006 we attended our 1st anime convention, ConnectiCon, in Hartford, CT., all 3 days worth, and it was Great. I even dressed up for it. I love some gaming like Kingdom Hearts 1&2, FFX,The Sims games, and all Tomb Raider Games. I am having fun with the .Hack games. I am trying my hand at the new Tomb Raider Underground game on PS3, now. I Love NASCAR, SciFi, and Fantasy, and anime music soundtracks,& some game soundtracks. We did attend the 2007 Connecticon in July and got to meet Vic Mignogna and Caitlin Glass, voice actors of Full Metal Alchemist, and I am a member of Vic's official fan club, the Risenbool Rangers! The 2008 Connecticon was great! I cosplayed as Momo Hinamori for 2 days & other day I was an Ombu Black Ops. I have also been on Gaia for more than a year, & I got to meet DJ Helsing, an admin from Gaia at the CTcon.
In July/Aug of this year (09) I attended Connecticon again, & thoroughly enjoyed myself, there were a lot of wonderful artists in the Artists Colony.
